Scott has been certified as a Cross Connection Control Specialist by the State of Washington for over 25 years. He also holds State certifications as a Water Distribution Manager and Water Distribution Specialist.
Scott is currently employed as the Manager of the Water Quality Assurance and Operations Group for one of the largest utilities in the state of Washington. He was previously employed as a First Line Maintenance Supervisor at a Midwest Commercial Nuclear Power Plant and also served 10 years in the United States Navy in the Nuclear Power Program as an operator, supervisor and instructor on the submarine USS Alabama SSBN 731 and at the Nuclear Power Training Unit (NPTU) Ballston Spa New York.
For the past 25 years he has taught cross connection control, water quality incident response and regulatory compliance classes for the Washington Environmental Training Center (WETRC) a division of Green River College. He is also an instructor for the Tacoma Water Apprenticeship Training Program through Tacoma Community College and Pierce College. He is frequently requested as a presenter at conferences and seminars throughout the Pacific Northwest. He has also completed the Caterpillar Safety S.T.A.R.T Facilitator Program and was selected as one of the inaugural facilitators for the City of Tacoma S.T.A.R.T Safety Program.

Lynn is currently a Facilities Manager for a large global real estate company. She oversees and directs all operations and maintenance activities for more than 45 unique locations throughout the greater Puget Sound region. She was previously the Regional Facilities Manager for a large international company overseeing offices in the US, Mexico, South America and Canada. She is a certified project management professional and has extensive experience in contract management, facility maintenance and operations, building tenant improvement projects, office space remodels, office decommissioning, real estate services and management.
